Objective: Turn existing brands into TikTok channels with a recognisable but native voice

Clients: New York Pizza, DEGIRO, Karwei, and TicketSwap.
At For You Agency, I worked as a creative strategist for some of the Netherlands’ most recognisable brands, helping them translate their identity into content that actually works on TikTok and Instagram.
- Under Tess Scholten, I built strategy decks for brands like New York Pizza, DEGIRO, Karwei, and TicketSwap
- Developed recurring content formats, tone of voice documents, and platform-specific guidelines
- Directed shoot days
- Helped pitch, win, and grow key accounts like New York Pizza
- Produced platform-native content from scratch, always balancing bold ideas with brand alignment
We created a full-funnel TikTok strategy that would:
- Give NYP a distinct tone of voice
- Introduce recognisable channel hosts
- Move away from “trend-hopping” and toward consistent formats
- Reflect the urban attitude and street-smart humour of the brand
Activation: The Ibiza TripTo boost reach and brand relevance, we organised an influencer campaign in Ibiza with 20 of the biggest Dutch creators. Kleine Prins, one of my first implementations and someone I knew from my personal life, went along as NYP’s chaotic ambassador.
For this trip, I went back and forth with Tess and Britt about our creator deck and made a day-by-day content deck.
It was loud, messy, and unforgettable, exactly the kind of energy we wanted NYP associated with.
Impact:
- Defined NYP’s TikTok identity with recurring faces and formats
- Shifted NYP from just another brand on TikTok to a personality-driven channel with actual fans
- Set the tone for their upcoming 30th birthday campaign and cross-platform storytelling
